A successful marketplace works best when vendors actively participate before and during the summit.
Approved vendors are expected to:
- Share the event graphic and promotional content provided by the Gig to Grow team
- Promote their participation through appropriate social media, email, client, customer, professional, or community channels
- Arrive by the required vendor setup time
- Bring their own approved table display materials
- Remain within their designated vendor area
- Provide any approved inserts, samples, or giveaway items by the stated deadline
- Engage with attendees in a welcoming and professional manner
- Follow event, venue, safety, and setup requirements
We will provide promotional graphics and suggested copy to make sharing your participation easy.
Before You Apply

- The event team may limit the number of vendors within the same or similar business category.
- Vendors are responsible for their own signage, displays, marketing materials, products, equipment, and table setup unless otherwise stated.
- Products, services, demonstrations, samples, giveaways, and promotional materials must be appropriate for the event audience and may require approval.
- Electrical access is limited and must be requested in advance.
- Additional representatives require an Additional Vendor or Partner Representative Pass.
- Vendor placement is determined by the event team.
- A vendor space is not confirmed until the application has been approved and full payment has been received.
