1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Gig to Grow Business Summit (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, coaches, and any other participants. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.
The Event is organized by Gig to Grow ("Organizer," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and the most current version will govern your participation.
2. Event Details

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, location, format, speakers, panelists, coaches, vendors, or any other aspect of the Event at its sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes in advance.
3. Tickets & Registration
Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. By completing your registration, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
Ticket Transferability: Tickets may be transferred to another individual. Please contact us at summit@info.gigtogrow.com at least 5 business days before the Event to process a transfer. Tickets may not be resold for profit.
Age Requirement: This Event is intended for individuals aged 18 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult guardian.
Capacity: This is a ticketed event with limited capacity. Registration does not guarantee entry if capacity has been reached. We strongly recommend arriving early.
Admission: Your ticket or confirmation email must be presented at check-in. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who cannot provide valid proof of registration.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, illness, travel disruption, or change of interest.
Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that the Organizer must cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If the Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a credit or partial refund may be offered at the Organizer's discretion.
Event Postponement: If the Event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued due to a postponement.
No-Show Policy: No refund or credit will be issued for failure to attend the Event.
5. Conduct & Code of Behaviour
All attendees, vendors, speakers, coaches, and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times during the Event.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward any individual based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic
- Physical altercations, threats, or intimidation of any kind
- Disruptive conduct that interferes with the Event program
- Unauthorized recording, photography, or filming of speakers, coaches, or attendees without consent
- Soliciting, selling, or distributing materials outside of designated vendor areas
- Possession of illegal substances or weapons on the premises
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event for violating these standards, without refund and without prior notice.
6. Photography, Video & Media
By attending the Gig to Grow Business Summit, you acknowledge and agree that the Organizer and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, and record the Event, including images and footage in which you may appear.
You grant the Organizer a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use your likeness in photographs, videos, promotional materials, social media content, and any other media related to the Event and future Gig to Grow events, without further notice or compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the Organizer's staff at the check-in desk at the beginning of the Event.
Attendees may photograph and film sessions for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise instructed by a speaker, coach, or Event staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content presented at the Gig to Grow Business Summit, including but not limited to presentations, panel discussions, coaching materials, brand assets, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective speakers, coaches, presenters, or the Organizer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Event without prior written consent from the Organizer or the respective content owner.
Personal notes taken during the Event may be used for your own business purposes.
8. Vendors & Exhibitors
Vendors and exhibitors participating in the Scale-Up Marketplace & Experience Zone are bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any separate vendor agreement entered into with the Organizer.
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup, display materials, products, and conduct. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors may only operate within their designated booth space and may not solicit attendees outside of the marketplace area.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor whose products, services, or conduct do not align with the standards of the Event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable once confirmed unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.
9. Sponsors & Partners
Sponsors and partners participating in the Event are bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to any separate sponsorship or partnership agreement.
Partnership and sponsorship fees are non-refundable once confirmed unless the Event is cancelled by the Organizer.
The Organizer does not guarantee specific outcomes, attendance numbers, or media exposure to sponsors or partners, and all sponsorship arrangements are entered into in good faith.
10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The information and content provided at the Gig to Grow Business Summit is for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Event constitutes professional financial, legal, accounting, medical, or any other regulated professional advice.
The Organizer, its directors, employees, volunteers, speakers, coaches, panelists, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in the Event.
You attend the Event at your own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that occurs at the Event or venue.
The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of information provided by third-party speakers, coaches, panelists, vendors, or partners.
11. Health & Safety
All attendees are expected to comply with any health and safety protocols in place at the venue and as required by applicable public health guidelines at the time of the Event.
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been advised to isolate, please do not attend the Event. Contact us at summit@info.gigtogrow.com to discuss your options.
The Organizer reserves the right to implement additional health and safety measures as needed, including but not limited to capacity limits, screening procedures, or mask requirements.
12. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, power outages, strikes, or civil unrest. In such circumstances, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event and communicate with registered attendees.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your participation in the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
