Paul Pagliaro

Paul Pagliaro has been a long-time entrepreneur from the age of 20 as well as a senior executive in financial services, software companies and other industries. 

Recently Paul held various senior management roles within an operating group of Constellation Software Inc (CSU:TSX) from Corporate Director BD, Mergers and Acquisitions to VP Strategic Initiatives within a portfolio of 6 vertical market software companies as well as CEO of GuestVision Software.

Previously, Paul acquired, invested in and grew software companies. Prior to working within software, Paul held several senior management positions within Wealth Management at CIBC and Scotiabank managing Family Trusts and settling Estates for wealthy Canadian families.

The common element of the value that Paul brings to any entrepreneur or senior executive is his ability to interpret the vision created by business owners and/or executives and convert them into project plans utilizing the methods learned from a high change with a large financial institution.

What was the key to Paul’s success? He is a strategic person, a numbers guy and has lived a life with a passion to help businesses and corporations reach their full potential by providing advice and support with each interaction. And this is why Paul was asked to speak at many conferences, trade shows on topics such as client loyalty, people management, retail sales and how to manage businesses by the numbers! All of this would not have been possible without the love, dedication, and support of his lovely wife of 40+ years, 3 daughters and 5 lovely and precious grandchildren.
