Debra Fraser

Debra Fraser is the CEO of Caribbean HR Solutions (www.CaribbeanHRsolutions.com), a company specializing in offering customized HR Outsourcing Solutions for companies across North and South America, Europe and the Caribbean. Her mission is to enable companies to implement Engagement strategies to attract and retain staff.

With a lengthy track record of implementing solutions for investors entering the Caribbean market, over the past 21 years she has supported both public and private firms specializing in the fast-growing BPO sector; as well as Energy, Professional Services and Tourism sectors. She seeks to help companies source specialized talent, fill leadership posts, and execute high-volume recruiting programs.

Having initially founded the firm as a contact centre incubator in 2010, the firm has grown to include a staff compliment of HR, Recruiting, Payroll and BPO specialists providing clients with services in HR Outsourcing, Executive and High-Volume Recruiting, as well as Large-Scale Payroll and Compensation Design. Her clients include most of the large-scale BPOs in Jamaica including Sutherland Global, Concentrix, Ibex, Advantage Communication as well as American Airlines, New Fortress Energy (New York/Jamaica), KPMG Jamaica, and Total Energy (France/Jamaica) to name a few.

Debra holds an M.B.A. (FIU, Miami), B.A. Counselling (SK, Canada) as well as a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management (Seneca, Toronto, Canada) and a certificate in Directors’ Strategic Guide to Corporate Governance. She presently serves as the corporate secretary of the BPIAJ, sits on the Global Services Sector Board and is a member of the PSOJ.

She shares her time in Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica as well as Toronto, Canada and is an active volunteer in missions’ programs through her local church and in the Rosehall, St. James residential community.
