Charlotte Kirby

Charlotte Kirby is the Founder and CEO of The Village Hive Coworking, a network of community-focused workspaces in Markham, North York, and Midtown Toronto. 

What started as a leap of faith (and a love of bringing people together) has grown into a thriving hub for entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small teams. 

Charlotte’s journey into entrepreneurship hasn’t always been smooth, there have been plenty of learning curves, coffee-fueled pivots, and moments of doubt, but building spaces that foster connection, creativity, and well-being has made it all worthwhile. She now also helps others launch their own coworking spaces, proving that collaboration really is the future of work.
